與總監相識多年，見證她自國內大型會議到國際醫學交流活動的完整歷練與卓越執行力。在我上任前，她即獨立策劃四國六校、共22位校長、院長與教授來台進行國際研討與醫學參訪，整體規劃嚴謹、流程流暢，充分展現高度的專業與國際禮儀素養。

後續隨團出訪泰國簽署MOU並辦理國際研討會，更深刻感受到她在當地所建立的深厚連結。無論歷任院長、教授或臨床醫師，皆以老友之姿相待，這種超越形式交流的信任關係，正是國際醫療合作最關鍵且難以取代的核心價值。

總監不僅具備優異的組織與整合能力，更能在專業之上建立長遠而穩固的國際夥伴關係，值得高度肯定與信賴。

我在中山醫學大學「新南向口腔醫療照護計畫」中擔任共同主持人，並與Rita長期合作推動東南亞國際口腔醫療交流。

在多次出訪新南向國家期間，從國際合作備忘錄（MOU）簽署、學術演講、醫療機構參訪到國際牙材展參與，Rita在每一個環節都展現出高度的整合與執行能力。無論是前期籌備、跨國溝通、實地出訪或後續追蹤，她始終以細膩且穩定的方式完成任務，不僅有效達成KPI，也為中山醫大累積了豐碩的國際交流成果。

令我印象深刻的是民國114年，她成功串聯印尼大學及該校附設醫院，促成校長及一級主管共11名來訪並完成MOU簽署，同時啟動實質醫療合作，協助一名印尼少女於正顎手術前進行關鍵性前置治療，以改善其咀嚼與進食功能，並規劃待其年滿18歲後再行正顎手術，展現高度專業的跨國醫療整合能力與完整治療規劃。

Rita不僅專業可靠，更以溫暖與真誠建立信任，是一位值得長期合作的夥伴。我誠摯推薦她，相信她將持續在國際醫療領域發揮重要影響力。

I had t he opportunity to undertake a clinical attachment at Chung Shan Medical University Hospital, where Ms. Rita, Director of Starbridge International, was the person in charge of arranging my stay and coordinating the overall process. From the beginning, she demonstrated strong professionalism, reliability, and excellent attention to detail, making the entire experience smooth, well organized, and meaningful.

During my attachment, Ms. Rita ensured that communication, administrative arrangements, and on-site coordination were handled effectively. Her ability to bridge institutions, cultures, and professional expectations made the international clinical experience feel seamless and well supported. I truly appreciated her warm assistance, clear communication, and commitment to building trust between healthcare professionals across countries.

In another year, Chung Shan Medical University also established a Memorandum of Agreement with University of Indonesia Hospital, and Ms. Rita was again actively involved in facilitating the collaboration. Despite the coordination being conducted between institutions in different countries, the process went very well. The collaboration was carried out smoothly, with professional and efficient communication between both sides.

Based on my experience, Ms. Rita is a highly dependable and sincere professional who understands the importance of trust, cultural sensitivity, and long-term partnership in international healthcare and education.
